Pricing Policy

We'll Beat Our Competitor's Price by 5%

Our lowest prices policy applies to any lower price on an item that is in-stock and available for delivery or collection on the same day from a competitor’s online or physical store in Australia. It applies where our competitor’s price (including GST and delivery charges), is lower than our price.

Simply show us a written quote or an item advertised at a lower price and we’ll beat it by 5%.  

This excludes stock liquidations and wholesale quantities.

Terms & Conditions – $50 Voucher Offer

  • This voucher entitles the holder to $50 off any product purchase.
  • Minimum spend of $80 applies in a single transaction.
  • Voucher is valid for use in the Queanbeyan showroom only.
  • Not redeemable for cash, credit, or in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.
  • Valid for one-time use only.
  • Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.

Spring Scooter Sale 2026 – Terms & Conditions

The Open Mobility Spring Scooter Sale is available from 1 September to 30 November 2026 inclusive.

Customers will receive $500 off all new mobility scooters purchased during the promotional period. Customers who trade in an eligible mobility scooter will also receive a minimum trade-in value of $500 toward their new scooter purchase.

Proof of ownership is required for all trade-ins. Trade-in scooters must be operational, complete and surrendered to Open Mobility at the time of purchase. Trade-in eligibility and value are subject to assessment and approval by Open Mobility.

A maximum of one trade-in may be applied per new scooter purchased. Trade-in value is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or used toward another product.

The Spring Scooter Sale cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount unless otherwise stated.

Offers are valid while stocks last and apply to available scooters only. Product specifications, colours and availability may vary between showrooms.

Unless otherwise stated, all stocked items purchased as part of an Open Mobility promotion are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, or a store credit within 30 days, provided they are returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
